Volkspark Friedrichshain is a 10-minute walk away. The M4 tram stops almost at the hotel's doorstep, making Alexanderplatz reachable in 10 minutes and Berlin Main Station in 15 minutes without a car. The area is safe and walkable, with the nearest tram stop a few metres from the entrance. Those arriving by car can reserve one of 6 on-site parking spaces for €15 per day, but the narrow entrance may require careful manoeuvring for larger vehicles.

There is no restaurant on site. However, the immediate area around the hotel has numerous dining options including Gilgamesch, Mehas, 100 Brote and Burgers Burgers, all within a 3-minute walk.

Leisure facilities are not available at the hotel. There is no wellness centre, spa, pool or fitness room. For relaxation, the nearby Volkspark Friedrichshain is a 10-minute walk away and offers green space for walks.
