The commuter train from Älvsjö station (400 m away) reaches Stockholm city centre in 9 minutes, making it practical for sightseeing and business visits. The hotel sits directly next to Stockholmsmässan, ideal for fair and conference attendees. Nearby green areas like Älvsjöskogen offer jogging and walking routes. Avicii Arena and the 3Arena district are also within easy reach via public transport. Bromma Airport is 12 km away; Arlanda is reachable via the commuter train with one change at the central station. Free street parking is available outside the hotel, and a Coop grocery store is within walking distance.

Room types include double, twin, and triple configurations, each with a private bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Twin rooms have two 90 cm beds; triple rooms add a fold-down wall bed. The rooms are compact but functional, with a work desk, safe, and carpeted floors. Sound insulation is effective, keeping rooms quiet despite proximity to the train tracks. Some rooms face the tracks; those preferring a quieter side can request a different outlook at check-in. The Carpe Diem mattress firmness is very soft, which may suit those who prefer a plush feel but could cause discomfort for others. Air conditioning is available, and the ventilation system is fixed; it can be audible but provides consistent airflow. No in-room kettle or minibar; free coffee and tea are available in the lobby around the clock. Family rooms are available, and a cot can be provided on request.

The breakfast buffet includes fresh bread and rolls, crispbread, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, salad items, hummus, fruit, eggs, overnight oatmeal, and cereals. Dietary options include vegetarian and gluten-free choices. When pre-booked directly with the hotel, breakfast is included in the rate; otherwise, it costs 125 SEK per person. The lobby bar serves light meals, grilled sandwiches, soups, snacks, and drinks daily until 21:00 (opening hours may vary). A kiosk near the lobby offers snacks and sweets until 01:00. The surrounding area also has several restaurants within a short walk, including Thelins, Texas Longhorn, and a Coop supermarket for self-catering.

The gym is free for all hotel guests and provides a clean, well-maintained space with equipment for both cardio and strength training. Cleaning materials are provided for equipment after use. The gym is accessible via the lobby and requires a request to use it outside the regular open hours. Board games and puzzles are also available at the property for entertainment.
