The hotel is in a quiet residential pocket of Asakusa, directly across the bridge from the main entertainment and temple area. Kuramae Station on the Toei Asakusa Line is about 7 to 12 minutes on foot, while bus stops immediately outside provide a fast connection to Okachimachi and the Yamanote Line. For airport arrivals, take the Keisei Line or Sky Access Express from Narita (about 1 hour, ¥1100-1300) or the Keikyu Line from Haneda (about 40 minutes); no hotel shuttle is available. Tokyo Skytree is a 10-minute bus ride, and Akihabara is a 35-minute walk or a short metro trip. A 24-hour convenience store is within a 2-minute walk, and the Sumida riverbank is one block away for walking or jogging.

Accommodation options are limited to semi-double rooms (one 120 cm bed) and triple rooms (three 90 cm beds); no twin-bed rooms are available. Each room has a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers, plus a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and hot plate - cooking utensils are loaned from the front desk. Bed sizes are narrow: the semi-double is 120 cm wide, suitable for one adult or two very slim travellers; couples or those sharing with a child should book the triple room for more bed width. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy, so light sleepers may prefer an interior or higher-floor position. Some rooms are clearly dated with worn furniture, peeling wallpaper, and old carpets, while the Skytree-view rooms on higher floors are more desirable. The bathroom is small; taller individuals may find the toilet knee space restrictive. Daily housekeeping is not automatic but towels and toiletries can be obtained at reception.

The only on-site dining is the Indian restaurant and bar Doli, which operates Monday to Sunday from 11:00-14:30 and 17:00-22:30. No breakfast is available at the hotel, so those wanting a morning meal should plan to eat at a nearby café or convenience store (the 7-Eleven a 2-minute walk stocks pastries and drinks). A handful of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, including Sunshine State Espresso, Yokozuna Burger, and Bon Hanabi. For a quick meal, the room kitchenette can be used to prepare simple dishes or microwave-ready food purchased from the nearby supermarket.

The property has no swimming pool, spa, or gym. The primary on-site leisure facility is the coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers, located on the first floor or basement. For relaxation, the quiet neighbourhood offers a riverside walk along the Sumida River and a local sento (public bath) is within walking distance. Rented bicycles are available from a shop next to the hotel, providing an easy way to explore Asakusa and the Skytree area.

The front desk is open 24 hours, enabling late or early check-in. Wi-Fi is free throughout but has been noted as unstable and slow in some rooms - if connectivity is weak, the staff can lend a portable modem. Luggage storage is free before check-in and on check-out day; storage beyond that is charged. Daily housekeeping is an additional fee, but replacement towels, sheets, and toiletry kits (including toothbrushes, razors, and skincare samples) are available at the reception at no cost.
