The hotel sits between Okachimachi (JR Yamanote, Oedo line) and Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza line) stations, about 30 seconds to a 5-minute walk depending on the entrance. The Yamanote line reaches Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station without transfers; the Ginza line runs directly to Asakusa. Keisei Ueno is a 5-minute walk, offering a direct 45-minute train to Narita Airport. Ueno Park, the zoo, museums, and Ameyoko shopping street are within a 5-10-minute walk. The surrounding area is packed with convenience stores, restaurants, and shops, though a few maid bars are also present.

Room sizes are typical for Tokyo business hotels: single rooms are small, double rooms feel tight for two people with luggage. Corner double rooms offer slightly more floor space, enough for two suitcases. Twin rooms (two 120 cm beds) are the largest but limited to one per floor, so multiple twin bookings may be on different floors. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Windows cannot be opened; rooms are heated and air-conditioned, but some units have reported musty smells from the AC. No rooms have a balcony or in-room safe.
