The main road can produce traffic noise, and the walk from the station involves a bridge with elevator access for luggage. Taxi fare from Haneda Airport is approximately 3000 yen. The location is practical for transit stays but quieter than central Tokyo.

All rooms feature a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Sofa beds are included. Room sizes vary but are generally compact, which works well for short stays but may feel tight for two people with luggage.
