Situated in a calm, low-traffic area near the Imperial Gardens, the hotel offers excellent connectivity without the bustle of central Tokyo. Shin-Nihombashi Station (JR Sobu Line) is about 50 metres away, Mitsukoshimae Station (Ginza Line) is a 2-minute walk, and Kanda Station serves JR lines plus the Ginza subway line, approximately 8 minutes on foot. Tokyo Station is just one stop away (or a 20-minute walk), making airport transfers to Narita and Haneda straightforward. The surrounding neighbourhood has convenience stores, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants and cafés within a few blocks. Taxis are available but early morning bookings may be unreliable; self-booking via app is recommended.

Single, twin, double, and triple rooms are available, all featuring private bathrooms with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Some double and twin rooms include a bathtub. Room sizes vary: some twin rooms offer more generous dimensions for Tokyo, while semi-double and standard double rooms can be compact, especially for travellers with two large suitcases. A few rooms have windows facing a close concrete wall, limiting natural light and views. Bed sizes suit most travellers; triple rooms have three single beds and are considered more spacious. All rooms are carpeted and include a safe, trouser press, and an electric kettle. Upper-floor rooms are quieter, and internal soundproofing is generally effective.

Breakfast is included in many rate plans and consists of a served set menu rather than a buffet. The Japanese set typically includes grilled fish, rice, miso soup, and pickles; the Western option features a pre-plated meal (sandwiches, salad, yoghurt). The Western set must be ordered the day before. Breakfast hours are 07:00-08:30 on weekdays and 07:00-09:00 on weekends. The hotel restaurant also offers dinner (set meals available), but it closes early and is not open on weekends. Several restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores are within a short walk for additional dining choices. A vending machine for drinks is available in the hotel.

The onsen uses purified hot water and is separated by gender. The women's section is secured with a private code. Towels and basic amenities are provided; guests should bring their room yukata and slippers. The bath is well-maintained, clean, and a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or business. Tattooed individuals must cover any tattoos to enter. There is no pool, gym, sauna, or other leisure facilities on site.

The 24-hour front desk handles check-in, check-out, luggage storage (before 15:00 and after 10:00), and luggage forwarding services. Coin-operated laundry machines are available (wash and dry, approximately 500 yen per load, each cycle about 2 hours), plus a trouser press. Meeting/banquet facilities can be arranged for an additional charge. The hotel offers a welcome drink and has a vending machine for drinks. Key card access, CCTV, and 24-hour security are in place. Currency exchange is available at reception. Daily housekeeping is provided if rooms are vacated before 10:00; otherwise, fresh towels and amenities are left at the door. No pets are allowed.
