The hotel sits in the Carré d'Or district, steps from the seafront and a short stroll from the main shopping streets. Place Massena is 600 metres away, and the old town is a 10-minute walk. Nice-Ville train station is 850 metres on foot, providing direct links along the coast. The tram stop Jean Médecin is a 5-minute walk, offering a direct line from the airport (6 km) for €10 round trip. Numerous restaurants, brasseries, and supermarkets are within a 5-minute radius, making car-free exploration easy.

Room types include doubles (1 double bed, 140 cm), doubles with garden view (1 double 160 cm + 1 single 90 cm), singles, and triples. All have a private shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, wardrobe, safe, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. Room sizes vary: standard doubles are compact, while superior triple rooms offer generous space for three adults. Garden-view rooms are quieter; street-facing rooms may pick up traffic noise. The property is on the ground floor with no elevator - no stairs required. Interconnecting rooms are not available. While many rooms are well-maintained, occasional humidity and cleaning odours have occurred; garden-view rooms tend to have better ventilation.

Breakfast is a continental buffet including fresh croissants, pastries, baguette, cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, and cheeses. Coffee, tea, and juice are provided. During fine weather, breakfast is served in the garden - a calm start to the day. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but several restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. Tea and coffee are available free of charge from a common area throughout the day.

The main leisure amenity is the walled garden with orange trees, seating, and a peaceful atmosphere - ideal for unwinding after a day out. Free sun umbrellas can be borrowed for beach trips. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre on the property.
