The hotel occupies a quieter side street within the bustling Termini neighbourhood, providing direct rail access to Rome's airports and the rest of the city. The Colosseum is reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot, and the main historic centre is a 15-minute walk. The area has many restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as a tram stop outside. For airport transfers, the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino departs from Termini (€14, 30 minutes). The hotel can also arrange a private driver for €56 one way (€60 from Ciampino, plus €10 surcharge from 22:00-06:00). The immediate vicinity is lively but not tranquil; the street itself is well-maintained and generally feels safe.

Rooms are decorated in classic or contemporary style. Standard rooms can feel compact and dated, with small bathrooms and basic furniture. Superior and deluxe rooms are larger, more modern, and often include a minibar, electric kettle, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some better-appointed rooms have balconies or city views. Soundproofing is effective, though noise from corridors and adjacent rooms can be an issue. The single room has a 100 cm-wide bed; extra beds are not possible in standard rooms. Beds are typically comfortable, but some mattresses may be firm. A safe, wardrobe, desk, and flat-screen TV are provided. Daily housekeeping is included but must be requested with a door hanger. A mini fridge is available in many rooms.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or can be brought to the room. The selection is adequate but tends to be the same daily, with hot items occasionally served cool. The hotel's own restaurant, 'The Restaurant', serves Italian cuisine with vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, open Tuesday to Sunday from 18:30 to 22:30. The rooftop bar offers drinks, light meals, and snacks in a pleasant setting with panoramic views. A coffee shop is on site. Many excellent restaurants are within a 300-metre walk for a wider choice of cuisines.
