The hotel is well-positioned for sightseeing: the Colosseum is about 10 minutes on foot, the Roman Forum is nearby, and Trevi Fountain is a 15-20 minute walk. Roma Termini station is a 10-minute walk, giving direct metro access via Line B. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants, cafés, and a gelateria within a few hundred metres. The streets around the hotel are cobbled, and some side lanes can feel less busy at night; travellers preferring brighter, more populated routes can use Via Cavour, just a short walk away.

Rooms vary in size; some are described as compact, while others offer more space, particularly triple rooms. Beds are typically single beds or a double bed; some double bookings have received two singles pushed together. Bedding is clean and rooms are serviced daily. Electrical outlets are limited in some rooms, so a multi-adapter may be useful. A few upper-floor rooms have city views; only two triple rooms have private balconies. Mini-bar/fridge is only available in certain rooms (1st, 6th and 7th floors); otherwise, a hotel fridge can be used on request. Cots can be added. The lift is small and not suitable for mobility scooters.

The buffet includes both sweet and savoury items, with hot scrambled eggs, bread, pastries, meats, cheeses, and fresh fruit. An early departure breakfast can be arranged with the night porter. There is no restaurant on site, but the hotel has a bar and a snack bar serving drinks and light bites. A rooftop bar operates seasonally (generally April-October, roughly 17:00-23:00). The surrounding streets have many restaurants, cafés, and gelato shops within a short walk.

The sun terrace on the 7th floor offers a 360-degree view of Rome, including the Colosseum and St. Peter's dome. In warmer months, a bar serves cocktails and aperitifs from late afternoon until late evening. The hotel also provides board games and puzzles, and live sport events are broadcast free of charge. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge. There is no spa, pool, or gym on site.
