The motel is situated 2 km from the core of Kelowna, placing the waterfront and downtown within a 30-minute walk. It is a 20-minute drive from Kelowna International Airport. A large supermarket is directly across the street, and a wide variety of dining choices including sushi, pancakes, and ethnic cuisine are within a 5-10 minute walk. There are three bus routes with stops within walking distance, making car-free access to downtown and the beach area feasible. However, the property sits on a main road, and some rooms experience continuous traffic noise that calms overnight but may disturb lighter sleepers who are not in rear-facing units. Off-street parking is ample and free, with dedicated RV parking also available.

The property offers a range of room types: standard double rooms with a single bed, one-bedroom suites with a queen sofa bed in a separate living area, and two-bedroom suites with a full kitchen. All units feature air conditioning, a private entrance, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine, and free Wi-Fi. Private bathrooms are equipped with a bath and shower. The larger suites include a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, oven, and a dining area, while standard rooms provide a microwave, mini fridge, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Several one-bedroom suites have a sliding privacy partition separating the sleeping area, which is useful for families or groups. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though some units show signs of dated decor or wear. The building has two floors with no elevator, so upper-level units require stairs. Linens and towels are fresh, and floors in renovated units are tiled rather than carpeted.

The motel does not serve breakfast or provide an on-site restaurant, nor does it have a bar or cafe. Instead, there are BBQ facilities available on a first-come, first-served basis in the courtyard garden, equipped with a covered gazebo and seating - an option for self-catered outdoor meals. The Capri Centre supermarket directly across the street allows convenient grocery shopping, and the kitchenettes in many suites include a stovetop, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. Numerous restaurants are within a short walk: Mi-Ne Sushi House, Yum Yum Tree, and A&W are just 0.5 km away, with additional options like De Dutch Pannekoek House and The Old Spaghetti Factory within 0.5 km.

The centrepiece of the outdoor leisure area is a heated swimming pool, available seasonally from mid-May to mid-October. It is surrounded by a well-maintained sun deck with lounge chairs, shaded canopy tents, and fresh pool towels provided at the front desk. Access is managed on a first-come, first-served basis during the summer, with typical time slots of 45 to 60 minutes per session. Adjacent to the pool is a three-hole putting green for golf practice. The courtyard also features a BBQ gazebo, garden seating areas with tables and chairs, and hanging flower baskets that create a pleasant environment for relaxation. For family entertainment, the putting green and pool provide compact but functional leisure options.

Free public parking is available on the premises without the need for a reservation, and dedicated RV parking is also provided. Wi-Fi is free and accessible in all rooms. A coin-operated laundry is available for guest use. Luggage storage can be arranged for early arrivals or late departures. The front desk can provide tools and assistance for minor vehicle issues.
