Nearby restaurants include Cafe Florian (0.5 km), Trattoria da Nico (0.5 km), and Ristorante Do Leoni (0.5 km). For the Biennale, vaporetto line 2 provides direct access. The area is highly walkable and surrounded by shops, bars, and gondola stands.

Main building rooms vary in size: those with lagoon views are spacious and bright, while interior courtyard rooms are smaller and quieter. Some courtyard-facing rooms can experience noise from the adjacent bar. The annex, located 50 metres away, offers modern and art-dèco décor with renovated antique ceilings and has its own lift. Standard rooms are compact-better suited to travellers who plan to explore all day. Lagoon-view rooms are larger and include sea views. No rooms have a balcony. Beds are generally comfortable, though some mattresses have been noted as firm. Single rooms and family rooms with cots are available.

The on-site restaurant, Sestante Osteria Di Mare, is open for lunch and dinner Monday-Sunday from 19:00 to 22:00 (closed Tuesdays) and features Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with gluten-free options. The hotel bar serves drinks and wine/champagne. In-room breakfast is also available. The breakfast buffer includes pastries, cereals, fruit, and Italian coffee; scrambled eggs and bacon are sometimes available. For a wider evening selection, numerous trattorias and pizzerias are within a three-minute walk, including Trattoria alla Rivetta and Ristorante Principessa.
