The hotel occupies a calm Cannaregio side street, less than 5 minutes on foot from both Santa Lucia train station and the Piazzale Roma bus terminal - a rare asset in Venice, as no bridges need crossing with luggage. The Guglie vaporetto stop is a few steps away, providing direct water-bus access to Saint Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. Shops, markets, and restaurants are on the doorstep, while the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square are within a 20-to-30-minute walk. The surrounding area is safe, lively, and well served by bars and eateries. For airport transfers: the ATVO shuttle bus from Marco Polo Airport (€8 single, €15 return) arrives at Piazzale Roma; from there, it is a 10-minute walk or a one-stop water-bus ride (€7.50). A regular taxi from the airport costs about €40, and a private water taxi around €100-€120.

Standard rooms measure approximately 13 m2 (12 m²) and offer a queen/large double bed or two twin beds. Bed preference can be specified at booking, and twin rooms are available on the ground floor.
