PALM SPRINGS RENDEZVOUS, Palm Springs

The hotel is 2 km from the Palm Springs Convention Center and less than a 10-minute drive from the airport. Downtown Palm Springs, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is about a 5-minute drive away. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Denny's (0.5 km) and Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey (0.5 km). The area allows for easy access to the highway and main attractions. The hotel is located near a busy road, so rooms facing the street may experience some traffic noise.

The hotel offers 11 individually themed rooms, with options like the 'Rebel Without a Cause' (James Dean) or 'Honeymoon Hideaway' (Marilyn Monroe) suites. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a compact refrigerator, and a microwave. Many rooms have a 2-person whirlpool bathtub. Some rooms feature mountain or pool views. Room sizes vary; the 'Honeymoon Hideaway' is a two-room suite with a separate seating area and private bar. The property is older and some finishes show signs of wear, but beds are reported as comfortable with clean linens. For those sensitive to noise, rooms facing the interior courtyard are quieter than those facing the street.

As of recent changes, the property no longer provides a full breakfast or daily happy hour that were previously offered. Coffee and tea are available in the common area. Guests who prefer to prepare their own meals can use the shared kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. Downtown Palm Springs, a short drive away, offers a wide variety of dining options.

The main leisure area centers around a heated outdoor pool and a separate hot tub, both available year-round. The pool area features sun loungers, a shallow end, and is surrounded by a small grassy area with an outdoor fireplace. There is no on-site fitness center or spa. The pool is open 24 hours, allowing for late-night use. The property is adults-only, creating a quieter atmosphere for relaxation.
