The villas sit within a quiet, gated 1 hectare community just a 4-minute drive from the Palm Springs Art Museum and under 6 km from Palm Springs International Airport. Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive away, and the Uptown area - featuring gastropubs, coffee houses, and galleries - is a 10-minute walk from the property. The central La Plaza district, with additional restaurants and shops, is 20-30 minutes on foot. For those without a car, Ubers to town are easy, and a shuttle service (free) operates on request.

Each villa offers 1600-200 m² of living space with a private entrance, private pool and spa enclosed by 1.8 m walls, and a patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The interiors are tastefully contemporary, featuring a fireplace, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a washer/dryer. Bed configurations include 2 or 3 bedrooms with king or twin beds (convertible to king), and all villas have at least two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and hairdryers. Some units include a sauna, an extra bathroom, or upgraded finishes. The villas are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and non-smoking throughout, with designated smoking areas available outdoors. The property is older but well-maintained and exceptionally clean.

There is no on-site restaurant, but each villa comes with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils) plus barbecue facilities, making self-catering straightforward. Upon arrival, a complimentary brunch bag with fresh fruit, pastries, and sparkling water is provided. Wine and champagne are available in some units, and grocery deliveries can be arranged (additional charge). For dining out, downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive away, offering numerous restaurants, including Del Taco (0.5 km), Brown's BBQ and Soul Food (1 km), and Billy Reed's Restaurant (1 km).

Each villa features its own private heated pool and hot tub, enclosed for complete privacy and maintained at around 88-32.2 °C. A larger shared community pool (heated from February to early May and on holidays) is also available, with sun loungers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys. The property offers free tennis court access and tennis equipment. On-site massage services (including couples, back, and foot massage) are available for an additional charge. For outdoor activities, hiking and cycling are free off-site, and golf, horseback riding, and bowling can be arranged nearby (additional charges apply).

Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms, and free private parking (no reservation needed) includes accessible spots and a parking garage. Services include private check-in/out, concierge, luggage storage, and invoice provision. Pets are allowed on request ($25/night fee) in specific villas; pet baskets and bowls are provided. A free shuttle service operates on request, but airport shuttle is not available.
