The Hotel Paris features 67 rooms: Classic, Superior, Deluxe, and Presidential. Rooms include antique furnishings, flat-screen satellite TVs, Wi-Fi, minibars, and electronic safes. Bathrooms provide toiletries. Rooms with a view and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Classic Rooms measure 16/18 m2. Superior Rooms are more spacious at 20/22 m2. Deluxe Rooms, at 30 m2, include two double canopy beds. Suites, at 40 m2, have frescoes or wood beams.

The breakfast room has high ceilings with frescoes. Buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 am, with gluten-free products available upon request. Guests can have breakfast on the terrace during warm weather. A breakfast box can be requested at the reception within 6:00 pm of the previous day.

Located on Via de' Banchi, the Hotel Paris occupies Palazzo Venturi and Palazzo Mondragone, near the Cathedral, the Dome of Brunelleschi, and the Bell Tower of Giotto. Ponte Vecchio, featuring shops, is also within walking distance. Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery are reachable. The Santa Maria Novella train station is a 5-7 minute walk. Access to the hotel by car is through camera-controlled gates, using a partner garage within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The hotel has a partner garage offering a pick-up and drop-off service, open from 7:00 am to 2:00 am. The garage will inform the office of competence of the license plate number of the car. The Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 20-30 minutes by taxi, with shuttle bus service and a tramline to the central station.

The hotel provides suitable sized beds and chairs and appropriate baby's menu, kettles and portable changing tables. Small pets are allowed in the rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Luggage storage is available. Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing are available Monday to Saturday. A hanging garden on the 1st floor, offers views over the historic centre of the city. There is also an internet point.
