The Wien Mitte train station is 5 minutes away, providing direct S7 and REX7 train links to Schwechat Airport (16 km). The city's historic core - including St. Stephen's Cathedral (700 m) and the Vienna State Opera (1 km) - is easily reachable on foot or via the metro station located at the park's edge. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and a large supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. For those arriving by boat from Bratislava, the Schwedenplatz subway station is a convenient connection point.

The on-site steakhouse restaurant 3Viertel3 offers breakfast (08:00-10:00 weekdays, until 14:00 weekends) and Austrian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not a buffet - choose from a vegetarian option (€11.90) or a standard breakfast (€15.90), both payable directly at the restaurant. No advance booking required. The breakfast has been described as plentiful and high-quality. The restaurant also operates as a bar/ lounge in the evenings. Several well-regarded restaurants are within a short walk, including Pizzeria Grado, Steax am Heumarkt, and the Michelin-starred Restaurant Steirereck (500 m). All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, making self-catering convenient.
