For airport transfers, take the Alilaguna ferry to San Marco (€16) or the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma plus vaporetto (total ~€15.50). From the train station, water-bus line 2 to Rialto or San Marco takes about 25 minutes. The area is lively yet the hotel's street remains peaceful. Note that no elevator means climbing stairs from the street and to rooms, and cobblestone lanes can be challenging with luggage; the bellboy service and luggage storage are useful for this.

Room types range from Economy and Comfort to Superior, Triple, Quadruple, and Suites. All have private bathrooms with hairdryer, free toiletries, a desk, and chair.
