The parks are not walking distance (6 km), so ride-hailing is recommended - Uber or Lyft runs roughly $9-12 each way. Essential Thai Cuisine, Peru Peru Grill, and several other eateries are within a 5-minute walk. A large supermarket sits directly across the street, and a self-service laundromat is right beside it, making self-catering and errands very convenient.

Two layouts are available: a King Studio (king bed) and a Double Queen Studio (two queen beds). Each room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, freezer, cookware, utensils, and a microwave. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a single toilet, and a dressing area. All units have individual air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, a sitting area, and a private balcony or courtyard patio. Rollaway beds are available for $10 per night. The rooms are generous in size, though some furnishings show wear and the property has an older feel. Sound insulation between rooms and floors is minimal; road-facing rooms can be noisier. Bed comfort is generally good, and blackout curtains are provided.

Hatam Restaurant serves Middle Eastern cuisine for lunch and dinner. The Scratch Room offers American-style breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
