The St. Pauli U-Bahn station (U3 line) is across the street, providing direct connections to Hamburg Airport, the city centre and the harbour. The Port of Hamburg is a 9-minute walk away, and St. Pauli Piers, the Elbe riverfront, and the fish market are within a 10-15 minute walk. Millerntor Stadium is 500 metres from the hotel. The immediate area is lively and central, but the hotel itself benefits from effective soundproofing that keeps rooms quiet despite the busy surroundings. An ice-skating rink and boating are available in the vicinity.

Rooms are clean and modern but compact, with limited storage: no wardrobe or drawers are provided, so packing cubes or a minimal luggage approach is advisable. Most rooms have sealed windows, so the air-conditioning is the sole source of ventilation - it may switch off during the day, which can lead to stuffiness. Double beds are described as comfortable by some travellers but noted as soft and potentially too narrow for two people by others. Several room types are available: double, twin, triple and quadruple (with up to 3 beds). All rooms include a work desk, hairdryer, electric kettle and coffee machine. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower. A small number of accessible rooms are available, with a larger bathroom and lower fixtures. Some rooms have mood lighting with multiple colour options.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit salad, yoghurt and hot drinks. The selection is standard for the category but can run out of items towards the end of the service period, and replenishment may not always be prompt. The hotel also operates a lounge bar that serves drinks, including a half-price happy hour from 17:00-19:00. The bar may close on some evenings; when open, drinks must be collected from the bar. The surrounding St. Pauli area is rich with restaurants and cafés, with several options within a 5-minute walk, such as Hanmi, Fried Club by Bridges & Sons and Fahrrad Cafe St. Pauli.
