Flamingo Park (0.5 km) offers a pool, tennis courts, and green space, and Walgreens is directly across the street for essentials. The area is busy and walkable, with a high concentration of nightlife. The Miami Beach Golf Club is a five-minute drive.

Room types include Traditional (King or Queen, approx. 20-24 m2, sleeping up to 2), Traditional Queen (20 m2, one queen bed), Two Queens (30 m2, sleeping up to 4), and Deluxe Villa rooms in the newly renovated wing. The President Villa wing offers Deluxe Villa King and Two Queens with hardwood floors, modern finishes, and some include a private furnished balcony. Penthouse rooms occupy the 4th floor: Penthouse King, Penthouse Terrace King (top-floor room with a private terrace overlooking Collins Avenue, high ceilings, large windows), and Penthouse Two Queens.
