CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL & RESORTS FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT/ CRUISE BY IHG, Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale International Airport is just 2 km away, with a free 24-hour shuttle running from 3:15AM. The cruise port is less than 2 km away-visible from the hotel-though pedestrian access is restricted, and a paid shuttle ($15/pp) or rideshare is needed. The Riverwalk is a few minutes' walk. For most other dining, shopping, and attractions, a car or Uber is necessary because walkable options are very limited. Nearby restaurants include Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza (0.3km) and Bistro Mezzaluna (1km).

The restaurant is open daily from 6:00AM to 11:00PM, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet-style American breakfast (hot and cold items, yogurt, pastries) and costs $20 per adult, $12 per child. Breakfast-to-go options are available. Kiki's dinner menu features TexMex specialties and international dishes; appetizers, entrées, and drinks are moderately priced. A full bar offers cocktails and wine. Service speed can vary during peak hours. The restaurant is a convenient option given the limited nearby dining within walking distance.

The outdoor swimming pool is located on the 5th floor, heated and open all year, with sun loungers and chairs. It offers pool views and a sun terrace. The pool area can get busy, and towels are provided (though occasional shortages have been noted). The pool closes at 7:00PM. The fitness centre is equipped with cardio and strength-training machines and is free for all guests. There is no spa or additional wellness facilities on site.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with shuttle arrangements, early check-in, and luggage storage (free). The free airport shuttle runs from 3:15AM; telephone the hotel after collecting luggage to arrange pickup. The cruise port shuttle is a third-party service costing $15 per person-sign up the night before departure. WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Business facilities include a business centre with printing, fax/photocopying, and meeting/banquet rooms. On-site amenities include a minimarket (snacks, drinks, basic sundries), ATM, safety deposit box, and accessible parking. Housekeeping is provided daily, but some rooms may not be serviced on request. Cots are available for families.
