The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the JR Shibuya Station's New South Exit and 7 minutes from the Tokyo Metro Shibuya Station, giving direct rail links to Harajuku, Shinjuku, and Roppongi Hills within a 10-15 minute journey. The Shibuya Scramble crossing and major shopping hubs are about 10 minutes on foot, while the surrounding block holds a Family Mart, convenience stores, and several eateries. The annex building is located about 2 minutes further from the main building but remains within easy walking distance of the station. Airport access via Narita Express from Shibuya Station takes roughly 90 minutes.

Rooms are compact by Western standards but functional for short stays, offering a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, flat-screen TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and a safety deposit box. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, and in most rooms an induction cooktop (the Standard Double room lacks the cooktop). Private bathrooms feature a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms include a balcony with city views - select dates to confirm availability. Soundproofing is not complete: rooms facing the train tracks can be noisy, especially at higher floors. A few rooms have a small desk area, and the washer/dryer in the unit is practical for longer stays. Annex rooms are identical in style but located in a separate building without a reception desk.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Breakfast, if selected, consists of a frozen Japanese or Western bento box that can be collected from the lobby and microwaved in the room. For a more satisfying meal, there are numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk, such as Shibuya@Style (0.5 km), Jonathan Shibuya Eki Shin Minami-Guchi (0.5 km), and Pizza Slice (0.5 km), plus a Family Mart convenience store right next door for quick snacks and drinks.

The wellness offering is limited to massage services (back, neck, head, foot, full body, couples, hand) available on request. There is no swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, or leisure facility on the property. The hotel's quiet side street and direct station access make local parks and cultural sites like Meiji Jingu Shrine (15-minute drive) easily explorable on foot or by train.

The 24-hour front desk handles check-in/out, luggage storage (free before check-in and after check-out), luggage forwarding via Yamato Transport, and offers free coffee and amenities in the lobby.
