Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is 16 km away, easily reached via the MARTA Gold or Red Line from the nearby station. The area is safe and walkable, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within a few minutes' walk. The proximity to Atlantic Station provides additional dining and entertainment options.

Studios offer one or two beds, while one-bedroom suites feature a separate bedroom with a door and a sofa bed in the living room. Two-bedroom suites provide two separate bedrooms (each with a queen bed), two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. All suites include air conditioning, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with streaming services, a well-lit work desk, and ironing facilities. Some units have been recently renovated; others may show signs of wear. Note that no rooms have balconies or jacuzzis.
