The San Silvestro vaporetto (line 1) is a few metres from the door, making water-taxi connections to Venice Santa Lucia station (20 minutes) and Marco Polo Airport (via Alilaguna) straightforward. Water taxis can drop off at San Silvestro, just a few metres from the door. The property is on a charming, quiet square in San Polo, away from the heaviest tourist traffic, while still being surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, and shops.

Double and triple rooms are available, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
