The hotel sits in a quiet residential area, set back from a busy main road. Policlinico Metro (line B) is a 10-minute walk, and Castro Pretorio station is similarly close. Bus routes 60 and 62 stop nearby and connect directly to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Termini station within about 20 minutes. The historic centre is a 30-45 minute walk. Taxis to central landmarks cost around €20. Several restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The location offers a balance of local atmosphere and easy access to Rome's main sights.

Room types include single, twin/double, triple, and quadruple configurations, some with parquet floors and others with carpet. The main building offers soundproofed rooms, but some rooms face the road and may experience traffic noise. A separate annex located 250 metres up the road houses additional rooms - these are in a residential building and lack soundproofing; specify a main-building room when booking. Beds in some rooms are firm, and the duvets are sheet-wrapped rather than covered. There are no in-room tea/coffee facilities or irons. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and makes beds. Some rooms have a fridge, but not all. Storage space can be limited in smaller rooms.

Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:00 and includes pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, bread, coffee, tea, and juices. Hot items and some selections may run low later in the morning. The garden terrace offers a pleasant setting for breakfast in good weather. There is no on-site restaurant, but a bar serves drinks and snacks, and breakfast can be delivered to rooms. Several restaurants and a pizzeria are within a 5-minute walk for other meals.

The garden is a key feature, with outdoor furniture and a well-maintained lawn area, often used for breakfast and evening drinks. There is no pool, spa, or fitness centre. The hotel can arrange bike tours, walking tours, happy hour, and cultural classes at extra cost. The quiet setting makes it suitable for resting after sightseeing. Note that the garden is small with limited comfortable seating, and insects may be present during warmer months.
