The hotel is located on a quiet side street off the main road, about a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini station. From Termini, all metro lines (A and B), numerous bus routes, and train services to both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are easily accessible. The street itself is residential, with a mini market just steps away and an excellent selection of restaurants, trattorias, and bars all within a 300-metre radius. Many popular landmarks like the Colosseum are within a comfortable 20-minute walk, while hop-on hop-off buses stop near the station. The neighbourhood is generally safe and active in the evenings, though the immediate area around Termini can feel busy.

Each room has a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The bathrooms are private but can be very compact; some are recently renovated while others have old fixtures and thin shower curtains. Room sizes vary significantly: some larger rooms are found on the top floor (some even with a terrace), while smaller rooms can be around 3x3 metres, making luggage storage difficult. Road-facing and ground-floor rooms can suffer from street noise and internal sound transmission through thin walls and old doors. Rooms on the second floor and higher tend to be quieter. Beds are sometimes two single beds pushed together, and mattress quality is varied. Daily housekeeping is provided, including fresh towels. Balconies cannot be reserved and are assigned at check-in subject to availability.

Breakfast is a continental buffet offering bread, pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice, available from around 08:00. It costs €5 per person and can be added at the reception during check-in. It is not included in the room price. Breakfast can be served in the room on request. The on-site bar offers drinks (coffee, wine, beer, cocktails) which can be enjoyed in the garden or courtyard. For other meals, an excellent selection of restaurants, trattorias, and cafes is within a short walk, so you will not be short of dining options nearby.

The main leisure amenity is the 200 m2 garden and outdoor terrace. This is a pleasant space for relaxing with a drink from the bar, reading, or enjoying breakfast. The garden is well-maintained with outdoor furniture. There is no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool on the property.
