The resort sits in the best-rated area of Honolulu, just 400 metres from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and a 5-minute walk from the Royal Hawaiian Theater. A bus stop is right outside, and many tour operators offer pickup nearby. Honolulu International Airport is 15 km away. Free private parking is available on-site, a rare advantage in central Waikiki. The area is walkable to most attractions, with numerous restaurants within 0.5 km.

Each unit includes a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine, dining area, and seating area. Bedrooms come with two double beds (quadruple layout). Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. Some units have mountain or partial ocean views from the balcony. Note that the sofa bed mattress may be thin; families using it may want to request extra padding. Rooms are well-stocked with towels and linens, but bring your own shampoo and shower gel.

Three-minute walk to a range of dining options including McDonald's, Crackin' Kitchen, Heavenly Island Lifestyle, and Zigu, as well as Jamba Juice and Topped. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. Guests can also use the BBQ facilities on the sun terrace.

The indoor pool is available year-round and is a pleasant alternative to the busy beach. A sauna and fitness centre are also on-site. The sun terrace and outdoor seating area provide space to relax. Kayaking and canoeing can be arranged in the surrounding area, and a golf course is within 3 km (additional charge). The pool area is clean and well-maintained; the beach is a short walk away for swimming.

Parking is a standout feature - free, secure, and reserved for the duration of the stay. The building has 24-hour security with key card access to elevators and parking. A coin-operated laundry room is on the 7th floor; coins can be obtained at the front desk. Additional services include car hire and fax/photocopying. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks. Internet access is not available. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. The front desk can provide beach chairs and toys for guest use.
