The hotel is 21 km from Tokyo Haneda Airport and about one hour from Narita via the Narita Sky Access Line to Akihabara and then JR Sobu Line to Ryogoku. NTT Docomo History Square is a 2-minute walk, the Tokyo Metropolitan Memorial Hall and Sumo Museum are each 400 metres away. The quiet area offers good connections: the station provides direct trains to Akihabara (4 minutes) and onward to central Tokyo. A street of restaurants lines the station area, and a 24-hour convenience store is inside the building. The Sumida River is within walking distance, and the hotel is close to the Edo-Tokyo Museum.

Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom (bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries), carpeted floors, yukata, slippers, refrigerator, and work desk. Room types include Single, Double, Twin, and Triple. Corner rooms offer better space and a spectacular view; Sky Floor rooms (29F-31F) face the Sumida River and Skytree. The rooms are compact - particularly the Double and Twin - and work best for solo travellers or couples not needing to open large suitcases simultaneously. Luggage can be stored under the bed. Road-facing rooms can be less quiet; higher floors are quieter overall. Air conditioning is centrally controlled; during transition seasons, heating-only or cooling-only modes may apply. Rooms without a view have frosted window film.
