WeatherPine Inn is located in a quiet residential area of Niagara-on-the-Lake, about a 10-15 minute walk from Queen Street, where you will find restaurants, shops, and theatres. It is directly across from the Pillar and Post hotel and its gardens, making it ideal for wedding guests at that venue. Mississauga Beach is 2 km away, and the Niagara Falls train station is 21 km. The area is well suited for walking and cycling, and the inn provides free bicycles to make the most of the location. Free on-site parking makes it easy to arrive by car and leave it parked for the duration of your stay.

Each room at WeatherPine Inn includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a fireplace, sauna, or steam shower. The rooms are comfortably sized, though some are compact; rooms with two twin XL beds are available. It is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet at the Pillar and Post hotel, located directly across the street. This buffet has been noted as a highlight of the stay. For room-only bookings, each room has a coffee maker and a mini fridge, and coffee can be enjoyed on the balcony or porch. There is no other on-site dining facility. The historic town centre is a short walk away and offers a range of restaurants and bars for evening meals.
