The hotel sits in the heart of Stockholm, with an excellent location score. Central Station and the airport bus terminal are right at the doorstep, and the Arlanda Express platform is accessible via a nearby elevator. Many key attractions, such as Kulturhuset and Stockholm City Hall, are within a 10-15 minute walk. The main shopping streets and Gamla Stan are also reachable on foot. Several grocery stores, cafés and restaurants are just around the corner, including a 24-hour convenience store a 2-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, private parking is available in the World Trade Center garage around the corner, but cannot be reserved in advance.

Rooms are designed for practicality but are notably compact. Standard double rooms feature a 140 cm double bed. Superior rooms offer a twin option with two single beds and can accommodate an extra bed (200 SEK/night). Moderate rooms have no windows and instead feature a colourful wall with subtle lighting. Rooms without external windows rely on a ventilation system that can be adjusted, but may become humid after showering. Road-facing rooms and those near internal courtyards may experience noise from traffic and other doors. Single rooms are very tight, with minimal storage and no wardrobe; some have a fold-down chair instead of a proper seat. All rooms include private bathroom, heating, and a hairdryer, but no kettle, mini-fridge or air conditioning (only ventilation).

The hotel does not have a traditional restaurant or breakfast buffet. Instead, a breakfast bag is available around the clock from the reception area, typically containing a sandwich, yoghurt, juice and coffee, at a price of around 95 SEK. The Barception serves as a combined bar and café, offering snacks, sandwiches, salads, coffee, wine, and beer, with opening hours from 11:00 to midnight daily. In the mornings, free coffee is available for guests. For a wider meal selection, numerous cafés and restaurants are within a short walk in the surrounding city centre.

Wellness and leisure amenities are not provided at this property. No swimming pool, spa, sauna or fitness centre is available. For relaxation, the lobby offers comfortable seating with a social atmosphere, and a quieter area on the upper floor provides a suitable space for remote work or reading.
