Section L Kuramae sits on a quiet residential street within walking distance of three train stations: Kuramae (3 min, Oedo Line), Asakusa (6-7 min, Asakusa/Tobu Skytree/Ginza Lines), and Tawaramachi (7-8 min, Ginza Line). From Narita Airport, take the direct Keisei SkyAccess to Asakusa Station (about 1 hour, JPY 1,300) and walk 10 minutes. From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Airport Line to Kuramae Station. The area has several convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart), a Yamato luggage delivery drop-off point, and numerous restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The World Bags and Luggage Museum and Tokyo Origami Museum are also nearby.

Rooms are designed as studio apartments with a full kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, cookware), a dining table with chairs, a sitting area with a sofa bed, and a separate toilet and shower room with a bathtub. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a safe. Bed configurations include two twin beds (105 cm x 205 cm) plus bunk beds (85 cm x 190 cm) for up to four people, or a twin plus a sofa bed. The rooms are notably spacious by Tokyo standards, and the in-unit washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light. Window ventilation is possible, and blackout blinds are provided. Some rooms are available on the ground floor.

Section L Kuramae does not offer a restaurant, bar, or any meal service. The property provides a complimentary espresso machine in the lobby for coffee and tea throughout the day, and a weekly happy hour on Friday evenings with free drinks. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen including a stove, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Numerous konbini (convenience stores) like 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson are within a 3-minute walk, and a supermarket is also nearby for groceries. Dozens of restaurants, from casual ramen shops to traditional Japanese dining, are located within a 5-minute radius.

The property has an elevator for access to all eight floors, a 24-hour front desk with English-speaking staff who can assist with Yamato luggage delivery forms, and express check-in/out via a tablet. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out (same day only, no overnight storage).
