The property sits near US Route 1, making it convenient for driving to Princeton University (7 km), Rider University (17 km), Rutgers University (25 km), and Forrestal Village (3 km) for shopping and dining. New York City is about 87 km away, and Philadelphia is also within reach. The immediate area has several restaurants within walking distance, and a full list with take-out and delivery options is available in each suite. A weekday shuttle (8 km radius) requires 24-hour advance sign-up. No airport shuttle is offered.

Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites are available, each with a living area that includes a sofa bed (noted as uncomfortable for sleeping), a dining table, and a cable TV. Bedrooms are separated from the living space, and two-bedroom units have two private bathrooms. The kitchen is a highlight, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Air conditioning, heating, and a safe are standard. However, decor and furniture are dated, with reports of peeling leather on sofas, worn carpets, and patched walls. Some rooms have had persistent musty or moldy odors. Rooms on the ground floor near the pool can be noisy on weekends.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of hot and cold items: scrambled eggs, breakfast meats (turkey bacon and sausage), an interactive pancake maker, cereals, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, and beverages including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juices. The Pour serves specialty coffee and smoothies for purchase throughout the day. No restaurant or bar is on site, but the 24-hour Shop offers snacks, frozen food, and essentials. The outdoor swimming pool operates seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, open daily 9:00-20:00 (weather permitting). The outdoor sport court includes a basketball hoop and complimentary sports equipment. Barbecue grills are available for guest use in The Yard. The 24-hour fitness centre, The Mat, has basic cardio and strength equipment, though some machines may be partly functional. There is no spa, hot tub, or indoor pool.

Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box.
