Kayabacho Station (Hibiya and Tozai lines) is a one-minute walk, providing direct metro connections to Ginza, Roppongi, and the Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) for airport buses. Tokyo Station is a 15-minute walk or two metro stops, ideal for Shinkansen connections. The surrounding area is a quiet business district with financial offices, so evenings and weekends are calm. Many restaurants and convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Lawson) are within a few minutes' walk. The Imperial Palace is a 10-minute drive away. For airport access, the metro directly connects to Haneda Airport (45 minutes) and the T-CAT bus service (15 minutes from the hotel) connects to Narita Airport (about 1 hour 20 minutes).

Rooms are standard Japanese business-hotel size - functional but snug, especially with large luggage. Suitcases cannot be fully opened on the floor without blocking the passage. The twin rooms are windowless or face directly into neighbouring buildings. Double and single rooms generally have a window, though many face a nearby wall. Beds are 2 metres long and comfortable for most heights. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. A step up into the bathroom can be a tripping hazard and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a trouser press, and a fridge. Sound isolation at the corridor door is poor; hallway noise is easily audible.

Breakfast is included in the rate and consists of a set menu at the ground-floor PRONTO café. Choices include a hot dog, croissant, or toast with butter, plus a drink (coffee, tea, or a soft drink). Portions are small (one item and one drink per person) and no gluten-free options are available. The café also operates as a coffee shop and lunch venue for non-hotel customers, so queues can occur during peak breakfast hours (6:30-10:00). For extra variety, several restaurants and convenience stores are within a 5-minute walk, including ramen shops, udon, yakitori, and a 7-Eleven.

All areas have free Wi-Fi. The reception operates 24 hours and staff can assist with currency exchange, express check-in/out, and luggage storage in free lockers (available on check-in and check-out days only). A coin-operated laundry with washers and dryers is located on site, and availability can be checked via the in-room TV. A Yamato baggage delivery counter is available in the lobby (cash on delivery only).
