EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON PHOENIX SCOTTSDALE, Phoenix

Located near the intersection of major highways, the hotel provides easy access to the Phoenix Zoo, US Airways Center, and Reach 11 Sports Complex (15 minutes' drive). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants within walking distance, including LongHorn Steakhouse and Jersey Mike's Subs (0.5 km). For shopping and errands, a Walmart is nearby. The location is more car-dependent than walkable for most attractions, but the well-lit on-site parking lot and proximity to highways make getting around simple. The immediate neighbourhood is peaceful, with the golf course providing a green, open backdrop.

Each suite includes a separate living area with a pull-out sofa, one or two flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and a seating area. Room configurations offer one king or two double beds; some suites include a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen. Private balconies overlook either the golf course and mountains or the parking lot. Bathrooms are separate from the vanity area, and some suites offer a step-in shower or a tub (requestable at booking). Suites are spacious and well-suited for families or extended stays, though some rooms have dated furniture, and a few have experienced issues with tub paint, carpet condition, and water temperature consistency.

The daily breakfast features a hot buffet with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee, plus an omelet station where guests can request custom omelets, pancakes, and waffles. The complimentary breakfast is included for all registered guests. In the evening from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, the hotel hosts a Managers' Reception offering two complimentary drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) and snacks such as chips, salsa, and veggie trays. On-site dining is available at Tatum's Restaurant and Lounge, which serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner. The bar also serves drinks and food poolside. For quick snacks, a vending machine and a small minimarket are located on site.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated year-round to 28 °C and is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, outdoor furniture, and pool/beach towels. The adjacent hot tub is open and popular for evening relaxation. The fitness centre is free for guests and equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment. While the Stonecreek Golf Club is not part of the hotel, the driving range and course are visible from the property and accessible to guests who arrange play independently (the hotel does not offer golf packages). The pool area includes fire pits and portable heaters, making it usable even on cooler evenings. The area can become less sunny in the afternoon, so morning swims tend to be warmer and more comfortable.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas, with updates made to the internet service. The business centre offers fax, photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. Reception services include express check-in/check-out, an ATM on site, concierge, and 24-hour front desk. Luggage storage is free and practical for early arrivals or late departures. Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available for a fee. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible rooms, roll-in showers, raised toilets with grab rails, Braille signage, and accessible parking. There is an electric vehicle charging station on site. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, key-card access, and free safety deposit boxes.
