Located near the intersection of major highways, the hotel provides easy access to the Phoenix Zoo, US Airways Center, and Reach 11 Sports Complex (15 minutes' drive). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants within walking distance, including LongHorn Steakhouse and Jersey Mike's Subs (0.5 km). For shopping and errands, a Walmart is nearby. The location is more car-dependent than walkable for most attractions, but the well-lit on-site parking lot and proximity to highways make getting around simple. The immediate neighbourhood is peaceful, with the golf course providing a green, open backdrop.

Each suite includes a separate living area with a pull-out sofa, one or two flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and a seating area. Room configurations offer one king or two double beds; some suites include a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen. Private balconies overlook either the golf course and mountains or the parking lot. Bathrooms are separate from the vanity area, and some suites offer a step-in shower or a tub (requestable at booking).
