The hotel is set on a quiet street in the lively Commerce district, surrounded by boutiques, bakeries, cafés, and supermarkets. Three Metro lines (6, 8, and 10) provide direct access to central Paris attractions, including the Louvre and Champs-Élysées. The Eiffel Tower is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, and the Orsay Museum is 3 km away. Paris-Orly Airport is 15 km from the hotel, accessible via Metro and RER B or by arranging the paid hotel shuttle. The neighbourhood feels safe both day and night, with multiple dining and shopping options immediately nearby.

Rooms are small but functional: single rooms measure 10 m2, doubles 13 m2, and triples 16 m2. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a kettle with tea and coffee, and parquet floors. Private bathrooms come with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer; some bathrooms are very compact. Select double, twin, and triple rooms offer a balcony with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower - book these specifically as they are a limited set. The lift is accessible after a few stairs from the entrance, so heavy luggage may require carrying. Noise insulation between rooms is limited, making road-facing rooms less suitable for light sleepers. Housekeeping is available but may require a specific request for towel changes.
