The Savannah Civic Center is adjacent, while River Street, City Market, and Forsyth Park are all a pleasant walk away. More than a dozen restaurants - including The Grey, Cafe 78, and Prohibition Savannah - are within a five-minute walk. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is a 16 km (about 16 km) drive, with no hotel shuttle. Public parking garages are a couple of blocks away, but free street parking is available on Sundays only.

All suites include a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 50-inch flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a well-lit work desk. The bathroom is divided into a private toilet room and a separate shower/sink room, offering some privacy for multiple users. The breakfast area can get very busy, so arriving early is wise. For lighter bites, the lobby offers a snack bar and free coffee. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

The outdoor pool is heated year-round, open from 6 AM to 11 PM, with a fence for safety and a sun terrace with loungers. The fitness centre is free, reasonably well-equipped, and open 24/7.
