The property sits directly on Reforma Avenue at the heart of Mexico City's business and tourist corridor, placing it within a 5-minute walk of the Angel of Independence monument and the Zona Rosa dining and nightlife district. The area is walkable day and night, with the Sevilla metro station about 10 minutes on foot and numerous bus routes along Reforma. The US Embassy is a 5-minute walk, making the location ideal for embassy visitors and business travellers. High-altitude city walking may feel strenuous initially. Chapultepec Park, the castle and the zoo are within a 30-minute walk or a short Uber ride, while the historic centre is a 10-minute metro or Uber journey. Benito Juárez Airport is 9 km away - a 20-30 minute taxi or Uber ride. Traffic noise from Reforma Avenue is constant and loud, especially on weekends and late into the night; rooms on upper floors or facing the rear are much quieter.

Accommodation consists entirely of suites - each with a separate living/seating area, a kitchenette equipped with a two-ring electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic cookware and utensils. Bathrooms are private with a shower and in-room hot tub spa bath; towels are provided but toiletries are limited to a bar of soap and small shampoo. Rooms are generally spacious by city standards, and many have large windows or sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony or terrace with city or Reforma Avenue views. A wardrobe and safe are standard, though there is no dressing table or suitcase stand. Features are basic and somewhat dated; there is no air conditioning, so rooms rely on opening windows or using a fan or portable cooler (available on request). Street-facing rooms receive direct sunlight and can become very hot, while rear-facing rooms are cooler. Noise from Reforma traffic and neighbouring rooms is a common factor - the windows are not soundproofed, and internal walls are thin. Pillows and mattresses are described as firm. Daily cleaning is provided (except Sundays). A fan is available, and a heater can be requested for cooler evenings.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or room service, and breakfast is not provided. Each suite has a kitchenette with a two-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker, plus pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery - fully suitable for preparing simple hot meals, breakfast, or snacks. The immediate neighbourhood on Reforma and surrounding streets (Zona Rosa, just 300 m away) offers a wide range of dining options at all price points, with Korean, Mexican, Italian, and vegetarian restaurants all within walking distance. A Starbucks and several smaller cafes are a few doors down. There is no complimentary water, tea, or coffee supplied in the room. Guests wanting a hot breakfast or a full meal without self-catering will find numerous choices within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooftop terrace has a picnic area with tables, suitable for eating takeaway or self-prepared food.

The fitness room is located in the basement (minus 2 floor) and contains basic cardio and weight equipment; it is lit and functional but has been described as minimal. The jacuzzi is also in this area and must be reserved 30 minutes before use - it is operational. The highlight of the wellness and leisure facilities is the rooftop terrace on the 23rd floor, which provides an outdoor seating area with picnic tables and sun loungers, offering open 360-degree views of Reforma Avenue, the Angel of Independence, Chapultepec Park, and the wider city skyline. This terrace is a pleasant spot to relax at any time of day, especially at sunset and in the evening. There is no swimming pool and no spa or wellness centre on the property. The rooftop also has a barbecue area (not currently in working order). The surrounding area offers many restaurants, bars, the Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Castle, and the zoo, all within walking distance or a short ride.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas; the connection is generally reliable but may occasionally be slow or require a router reset. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, luggage storage (free for a few hours before check-in or after check-out), and requests for an iron and ironing board, fan, or portable cooler. The building has two lifts and a small flight of steps at the street entrance. There is no ramp - guests with a pushchair or heavy luggage may need to carry them over the 7 steps.
