The hotel sits on a peaceful street in the Eixample neighbourhood, bordered by Avinguda de Sarrià and Josep Tarradellas, making it easy to move around by car, metro, or bus. Hospital Clínic Metro (L5) is a short walk away, providing a direct line to the city centre and Sants Estació (1 km), from which trains connect to El Prat Airport. The nearest tram stop, Francesc Macià, is an 8-minute walk on line T3. Several bus lines (27, 54, 59, 67, D40) stop nearby at París-Casanova and Comte d'Urgell-Hospital Clínic. Major landmarks such as Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, and La Pedrera are within a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. The hotel faces the 60000 m2 Escola Industrial complex, an old textile factory open for visits. For those driving, on-site parking at €27 per day saves the hassle of searching for street parking in the Eixample; the entrance is a shuttered door that can be easy to miss.

The hotel offers two main room categories. The Double Room (16-18 m2) comes with a 1.50 m double bed or twin beds, individual climate control, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, a safe (laptop-sized), a hairdryer, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. The Double Room with Views (20 m2) adds a view of the Escola Industrial, a minibar, and more natural light through a standard window; some rooms have an interior-facing window near the ceiling. All rooms have soundproofed windows, air conditioning, and heating. Rooms do not have a balcony, and tea/coffee-making facilities are only available on request. Daily housekeeping changes towels and makes the beds. Some wear and tear has been noted: bathrooms may show signs of water damage, and mattresses can feel older. The Small Double Room (16 m2) is compact and best suited for a short stay or solo traveller.

The buffet breakfast is served in a windowless basement room from 07:00-11:00 on weekdays and 08:00-11:00 on weekends, costing €15 per person per day (€12.50 if pre-booked for the whole stay). The rooftop terrace features an outdoor swimming pool (shallow end, fenced), a hot tub with heated water, and sun loungers with panoramic views of Barcelona. It operates from 10:00 to 21:00 daily, and pool/beach towels are provided free of charge. The hot tub is open all year, and the pool is available year-round but may be unheated, so the water can be chilly outside summer months. The pool area can get warm and loud with music; bring sunglasses or a book for shade, as there is no dedicated shaded area. Additional leisure: free bicycle rental lets you explore the city, and the solarium offers a quiet sunbathing space. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.
