Larger rooms like the Hollywood twin or deluxe double offer more space and are better suited for pairs or those with multiple suitcases. Some rooms feature a loft bed, which children particularly enjoy. Windows in some rooms cannot be opened and may have frosted glass, limiting natural light and view; inner-block rooms can feel damp and have poor airflow. Air conditioning and heating are available, though some units are older and can be noisy. Rooms are generally clean, though dust accumulation on high ledges and stained bed skirts have been noted.

The breakfast buffet offers a varied selection of Japanese dishes and Western staples, such as croissants, bread, and hot items, though fresh fruit and some Western choices (like jam) are limited.
