Several convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson) are within a minute's walk. Haneda Airport is about 70 minutes by train/bus, Narita around 90 minutes. No airport shuttle is provided; use public transport. The area has a selection of restaurants and shops, though nightlife options are limited compared to central Shinjuku.

All rooms feature an original mattress designed for weight distribution, a desk, flat-screen TV, fridge, electric kettle, and tea/coffee amenities.
