The hotel sits in a quiet neighbourhood of Ōta, Tokyo, about 2 km from Haneda Airport. Otorii Station is roughly a 10-minute walk away, making the Keikyu Line a practical option for reaching both the airport (3 stops) and central Tokyo (around 40 minutes to Shinagawa). A Family Mart convenience store is next door, and several restaurants (including ramen, Japanese curry, and a Gusto) are within a 5-minute walk. A large supermarket is located in the building directly in front of the hotel. The area is well-suited for a transit stopover but is 40+ minutes from major tourist districts like Shibuya, so it works best for pre- or post-flight stays.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Each room also has a flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, electric kettle, refrigerator, and carpeted flooring. Twin beds can be moved together to form a larger sleeping area. Many rooms come with an LG Styler wardrobe that refreshes clothes. Some rooms feature a sofa or a projector TV system. Room sizes tend to be compact, which is typical for Japan, but are practical and well-equipped for short stays.
