Located in Minato-ku, the hotel is about 5 minutes on foot from Shinbashi Station (JR Yamanote Line and Asakusa Subway). The Asakusa Line provides direct service to Haneda Airport, while Narita Express to Tokyo Station followed by the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi is the recommended route from Narita. Hamamatsucho Station is a 15-minute walk. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet, with convenience stores, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes' walk. Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and the Imperial Palace are easily reached. No on-site parking, so walking and public transport are the main options.

Breakfast is served buffet-style and features Japanese dishes such as salmon, rice, miso soup, baked goods, and warm items. The breakfast area transforms into a social space in the afternoon and evening, offering free soft drinks from 3 pm and free self-serve alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, cocktails) from 6 pm to 9 pm.
