HOTEL CROWN HILLS UENO PREMIER, Tokyo

The hotel sits on the upper floors of a building in the Ueno district. Okachimachi Station is slightly closer than Ueno for walking. A 24-hour 7-Eleven is on the ground floor. The area is packed with restaurants, including Korean barbecue, sushi, and izakaya within 300 metres. Ameyoko market, Ueno Park, and Ueno Zoo are all within a 10-minute walk. Tokyo Skytree is a 20-minute train ride away via the Tobu Skytree Line, and Sensoji Temple is 17 minutes via the Ginza Line.

Breakfast costs 1500 JPY per person and offers a buffet with options like rice topped with spicy cod roe or tuna mayo, pastries, and Western items. The dining area on the upper floors provides views of Tokyo Skytree and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. Since the breakfast period has limited replenishment late into service, arriving early ensures the best selection. A drinks vending machine is available on site. The surrounding area has dozens of restaurants for other meals.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, but overnight storage requires a second reservation within a few days. Laundry service is free, and dry cleaning is available for a charge. The property has a lift (though it is noted to be slow). Accessibility features include an emergency cord in the bathroom, a lowered sink, raised toilet, grab rails, and wheelchair access. No parking or pet facilities. Housekeeping is limited to every three days; a towel swap is done daily if used towels are left out by 09:00. The 24-hour front desk can assist with requests like extra pillows (for a fee), luggage transfer, and providing invoices.
