Within a half-kilometre you'll find The Dog & Parrot pub, Bay1 Ice Cream & Sandwich Shop, DJ's Clam Shack, and LuLu's Ice Cream. The Pinellas trolley stops nearby, making it easy to reach Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach without a car. Free covered parking is available on site, so a vehicle is convenient but not essential for exploring the local area.

The two-bedroom suite (1,220sqft) sleeps up to six with a king in each bedroom, a queen sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a balcony with seating. The two-bedroom water-view suite adds a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. One-bedroom suites offer a queen bed, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Studios feature a mini-kitchen with microwave and small fridge. Accessible studios have a roll-in shower, ADA-compliant fixtures, and double beds. The outdoor pool is heated and open daily from 8am to 10pm (weather permitting). Adjacent to the pool is a hot tub and a sun terrace with loungers. At the rear of the property, a dock provides direct water access for fishing (rental gear available at the front desk for an additional fee) and a peaceful spot to watch boats and wildlife. The resort also has a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, a BBQ area with outdoor fireplace, and a 24-hour fitness centre. Bicycle rentals are available, and the nearby Pinellas Trail offers over 81 km of biking and walking paths.
