The hotel sits on a main avenue about 2 km southeast of the city centre and 2 km from Estació del Nord train station. Bus line 7 stops 100 metres away and goes directly to the centre; the same stop also serves the beach area. For the City of Arts and Sciences and the science museum, a 20-25 minute walk is practical. The surrounding block has limited cafes and restaurants, but Ruzafa neighbourhood-with a wider dining and bar scene-is about 20 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station (Xàtiva, lines 3 and 5) is roughly 2 km away, requiring a bus or taxi connection. Valencia Airport is about a 20-minute drive (taxi €12-15).

Most rooms have a double or king-size bed; some double rooms are a single large mattress that takes up much of the floor space, so the room feels cramped. A few rooms are in a secondary building across the street; those tend to be older, with thinner walls and a less modern finish. Interior-facing rooms are quieter, while rooms on the main road experience traffic noise all night. Triple rooms are available for families, and cots can be added on request. All rooms have private bathrooms (no baths, only showers) and some have a mini-fridge (request at booking). There are no balconies. Dark wall colours in some rooms can make the space feel smaller; rooms with windows that seal properly are quieter.

Breakfast is a buffet with pastries, fruit, hot and cold options, and a coffee machine. It is open 07:00-11:00 on weekdays and 08:00-12:00 on weekends, costing €15 per person. The restaurant also offers brunch, high tea, and a cocktail hour, with vegan and gluten-free options available on request. For lunch and dinner, the menu includes Spanish classics, paella, and grilled items; the bar serves snacks, wine, and sangria throughout the day (07:30-23:30). A children's buffet and kids' meals make family dining straightforward. Several casual eateries (Gastro Deli, Bar Cerveceria Casa Mateo, Restaurante Chino Nuevo Siglo) are within a 5-minute walk.

The fitness centre is free to use but basic-cardio and weight equipment are functional for a short workout. Bicycle rental is offered for an additional charge, which is a practical way to reach Malvarrosa Beach (5 km) or the Old Town. Bike tours and walking tours can also be arranged at the hotel. The children's playground is a simple outdoor area suitable for younger kids. There is no pool, spa, or wellness centre.
