Estación del Norte is 500m (8min walk), and Joaquín Sorolla AVE station is 1.5km away but connected by a frequent shuttle bus. Valencia Airport is 10km away; take Metro lines 3 or 5 to Xàtiva station and walk 5 minutes. The area is lively with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket across the street. Street noise from the adjacent bar and ongoing construction across the road can affect rooms facing the street, so interior rooms are quieter but darker.

All rooms have free Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, electric kettle, safe, iron, and hairdryer. Single rooms are compact and often interior-facing with limited natural light; double rooms offer a 150cm bed or two 90cm beds, with some facing the street and others an interior courtyard. The thin walls mean noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms is common, so light sleepers should request a room away from the elevator and street. No rooms have a balcony.
