The hostel sits 26 km from Don Mueang International Airport and a 4-minute walk from the centre of Khao San Road. The Bangkok National Museum (1 km) and Grand Palace (2 km) are within a 15-20 minute walk. A bus stop for Chatuchak market is nearby, and an airport transfer service (150 Baht) operates from the hostel. A 7-Eleven is directly opposite. The area is a hub of street food, bars, and Thai massage, but the hostel's side-street position keeps the property quieter than the main drag.

The hostel offers 6-bed and 8-bed mixed dormitories. The bunks are built with privacy partitions that create the illusion of a private space. Each bed has its own locker (fits small valuables, not a full backpack), a reading light, and a power point. The lower bunks in the 6-bed dorms face the wall, giving a more enclosed feel. Rooms have air-conditioning that runs effectively. The building is very echoey: sound carries from the hallways, stairs, and street. Bags must be stored at the foot of the bed or on the floor, which can make the room feel cramped when full.

Breakfast consists of toast, chicken soup, and an egg dish. For travellers wanting a heartier or more varied meal, the surrounding area offers a vast selection of street food, restaurants, and cafés. Max's Magical Thai Food is 0.5 km away, Tom Yum Kung is 0.5 km, and Brunch Makers Cafe is also 0.5 km. The hostel's on-site bar serves drinks in the common area and garden.

The hostel operates a 24-hour reception with concierge service, an ATM/cash machine on site, and daily housekeeping.
