Daimon Station (Toei Subway) is also within a 5-10 minute walk. A connected skywalk from the hotel's second floor leads directly to Hamamatsucho Station, making it convenient with luggage. Tokyo Tower is a 15-20 minute walk, and Ginza, Tsukiji Market, and Shimbashi are within 30 minutes on foot. A Family Mart is on the ground floor, and numerous restaurants are within a few blocks. The area is well-connected by public transport but is not a central nightlife hub.

Room sizes are very small by Tokyo standards, best suited for solo travellers or couples who only need a place to sleep. The double rooms have one bed, while twin rooms offer two Hollywood-style beds placed side by side. All rooms have windows that open slightly, though some have frosted glass that limits the view. Rooms on higher floors may have views of Tokyo Bay. Soundproofing is present, but hallway noise can be heard. Beds and pillows are firm; some find the mattresses hard and pillows thin. Under-bed storage is available for luggage. There is no kettle or mini-fridge in the room, and a small cooler is provided instead. Lighting is a single overhead fixture with no bedside lamp. Air conditioning and heating are available.

The limited breakfast is served in the lobby and consists of croissants or similar baked goods with coffee and tea from a machine. This is sufficient for a light start but not a full meal. For a heartier option, the Family Mart on the ground floor offers a wide selection of food and drinks 24 hours. Several restaurants are within a 300-meter walk, including Moriva Coffee, Sukiya (gyudon), sushi, teppanyaki, and Italian dining. The lobby also has complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water available all day.
