Ebisu is a vibrant neighbourhood known for its excellent dining and nightlife. The station provides direct JR access to Shibuya (one stop), Shinjuku, and Harajuku, making sightseeing straightforward. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 12 km away (about 45 minutes by public transport). Shibuya Center Town is a 20-minute walk. The area is walkable and safe, though guests reliant on a car will find no on-site parking; nearby paid lots are available. The property's immediate surroundings include several dining options - St-Marc Cafe, Mos Burger, Kichiri, and Sarutahiko Coffee are all within a 2-5 minute walk.

Each capsule includes a light, a power outlet, a fan, and a thin mattress. The pillows contain hard bean-like filling. A privacy blind provides visual separation but does not block sound. Hallway lights remain on 24/7, so an eye mask is recommended. The elevator is one for the entire building - expect wait times during peak hours. Capsules are short; those over 175 cm may find the length tight. There is a sealed former TV compartment inside some capsules that reduces usable space. The property also provides pajamas, slippers, towels, and a toothbrush at check-in. Daily capsule cleaning is performed during the 10:00-14:00 mandatory evacuation period.

The property does not operate a restaurant. A breakfast option is offered in the form of a Starbucks gift card (selectable at booking), which provides a sandwich and a drink. Many convenience stores and casual eateries are within a 2-minute walk, including Mos Burger, Tenpura Bowl Tenya Ebisu, Kichiri, and Sarutahiko Coffee. The sauna is on a dedicated floor - men on the 3rd, women on the 6th. It is a traditional hot dry sauna followed by a cool-down rinse area. Shower facilities are located on the same floor, with good water pressure and included shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The sauna and shower areas are cleaned daily. The sauna is a practical way to wind down after walking. There is no pool, no spa, and no gym.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours; late-night check-in is accepted up to 5:00 AM. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Luggage storage is available only before check-in and cannot be provided after check-out. Lockers are provided for each guest during the stay, accessible 24 hours except during the 10:00-14:00 cleaning window (if items are inside). Daily housekeeping is included.
