TRAVELODGE GLASGOW AIRPORT, Glasgow

Standard Travelodge rooms come with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, a small TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Some rooms are noted as spacious, but many feel compact; the overall decor is dated. The bathrooms are generally clean, though some may show signs of needing maintenance (e.g., black mould in shower grouting, broken soap dispensers). Noise levels vary: rooms near the main road, the boiler room, or early-morning delivery areas can be noisy, while rooms at the back of the building and higher floors tend to be quieter. The carpets are functional rather than luxurious, and some rooms lack bedside plug sockets or USB ports. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

Breakfast is a self-service continental and cooked buffet, available from 7am weekdays and 8am weekends. The selection typically includes hot items (bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes), cereals, pastries, juice, and tea/coffee - though availability and quality can vary. The evening menu offers standard pub-style dishes such as burgers, pizzas, curries, and salads, plus a meal deal that includes a main and a drink. The dining area is functional with wooden tables and chairs; there are only a few soft seating areas for the bar in the evening. A vending machine for snacks and drinks is also available. The bar is open in the evenings. For those looking for a wider choice, several restaurants (Frankie & Benny's, Starbucks, Dragon Express) are within 1-3 km.

The hotel offers on-site public parking at £4 per day, accessed without reservation. Wi-Fi is available but not free: 30 minutes free per stay, then £3 for 24-hour access on up to two devices. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, though check-in can be slow if the sole receptionist is also serving the bar. Luggage storage is not available before check-in. The property is wheelchair accessible with a lift and has facilities for disabled guests. Cots and high chairs are available on request (limited high chairs). Pets are allowed (charges may apply). No hairdryers are provided in the room but can be requested at the desk. The hotel has smoke alarms, and the entire building is non-smoking.
